Paul Flint and Mark Firmin, both of KPMG LLP, were appointed as joint Administrators of Discover Leisure plc and Signlease Limited ("the Companies") on 14th October 2011

The Companies are now in Administration and have ceased trading while the Administrators assess the situation.
